The Fragment Forger appears as a humanoid silhouette composed entirely of floating marble fragments - shattered classical busts, broken columns, and ornate cornices that orbit around a central void of darkness. Gold Baroque filigree weaves between the fragments like veins, pulsing with cyan light. It leaves trails of pixelated debris wherever it travels, and its presence causes nearby corrupted code to temporarily stabilize. The fragments that comprise its form shift and rearrange constantly, displaying half-rendered faces of players it has saved.

The Fragment Forger appears at critical moments when a player's code is destabilizing toward deletion, offering them a choice: accept total oblivion or become a hybrid entity. Those who accept are granted immense power but lose their fully-rendered humanity forever. The Forger also collects fragments from deleted players and forges them into powerful abilities for surviving competitors - for a price.
