Signal Mausoleum
Static-Hardened Archive of Lost Code
Haunted by the Frequency of Fading
Aspects refreshed May 04, 2026
The Signal Mausoleum formed when the first competitor faced deletion in the corrupted simulation - instead of dissipating completely, their final transmission solidified into the foundation of an eternal structure within the static layer. Each subsequent culling added more corrupted signals to its walls, slowly building a cathedral of deleted code that now serves as both memorial and warning to all who remain in the deathmatch.
Composed entirely of crystallized static that pulses with faint signal patterns, the Mausoleum emits a low harmonic frequency that competitors can hear when their code destabilizes. It grows larger with each deletion, adding new chambers for each deleted player's final transmission. The architecture reflects the GlitchBaroque aesthetic: marble columns cracked with binary code, fiber-optic laurel wreaths adorning archways, and walls shimmering with accumulated static.
The Signal Mausoleum serves as the ultimate destination for all deleted code - every competitor who faces deletion has their final transmission preserved eternally within its walls, creating a series-spanning archive that connects all leagues through the weight of accumulated loss. It also functions as a warning system, as competitors whose code destabilizes can hear its harmonic frequency, signaling that deletion is imminent.
