A legendary figure known only as 'The Corvine Arbiter' bound their souls to the artifact, ensuring that any delver who invoked its power would be bound by its unforgiving terms. The Contract has passed through countless hands, each invocation leaving a permanent mark on both parties' souls.

The Raven Contract manifests as a small obsidian stone roughly the size of a disc golf marker, its surface traced with white veins that pulse with an inner light. When activated, the stone grows warm and the faint sound of raven's wings can be heard. Ancient runes circle its circumference, and the names of all who have invoked the Contract are etched into its surface, creating a visible history of forced confrontations. It feels warm to the touch, as if holding a dying ember.

The Raven Contract serves as the ultimate weapon against cowards and evaders - any delver who refuses legitimate challenges can be forced into confrontation by its holder. This creates mandatory tag exchanges, forcing unwilling opponents into high-stakes battles they cannot flee.
