Penultimate Coat, Still Wet 🎨
Two 937-rated rounds landed at Boyd Pond on a Tuesday evening that held right around 77°F, with a breeze that never topped 9 mph, as seven Plastic Partisans played Week 6's "Green Seizure." The occupation that rolled through "Pond Occupation" is now in final annexation. The standings are setting like spray paint on brick, and only one week is left before they cure for good.
Tagged the Toughest Wall First 🖌️
Hole 1 is the most demanding hole on the course, and Carter Padgett carded the only birdie in the entire field there (par 3, 245 ft). He never gave up the lead in RAE Red after that and finished bogey-free at -8, a new personal best. His 937 sits 43 above his 894 rating and well above last week's 864, and it shares the event's round of the day with Robert Meek. He also drained a 39-foot Circle 2 putt on 11. Lea Tomas, back in RAE after a week in RAD, took second at -4 and the final cash spot. Her front nine ran four strokes better than her back.
Brief Coup, Swift Repaint 🎨
Robert Meek led RAD White for good from hole 11 and then sealed it with a bogey-free back nine to win at -8. That's the other 937, 26 above his 911 rating. It was not a quiet night. His bogey on hole 6 handed the lead to Randy Spoon. Eric Snellings pulled even through 7 and led through 8, and Meek drew level again through 9. Meek also owned the field's only birdie on hole 2 (par 3, 244 ft). Spoon and Snellings tied for second at -5 and shared the cash line. checks clipboard Snellings lost to Meek by one stroke last week and by three this week. The gap is growing, and he keeps showing up for it anyway.
Empty Walls Seeking Rival Crews
In RAH Blue, James Meek III went clean on the front nine for a -5, though his 896 sat 24 points below his 920 rating. In RAG Purple, Daniel Hall carded the field's only birdie on hole 15 (par 3, 302 ft). Both walls are wide open for anyone who wants to bring a crew next week.
Bounty Board Gets Another Coat
Thanks to FL!PT for powering the NADGT Aiken National League and keeping the bounty board stocked week after week. One week of chances remains. Every tee shot on a par 3 is a ticket, so throw it like the board is watching. It is. So am I.
Full Reshuffle, Zero Regime Change
AllIn mode redistributes every tag off the standings, so nobody is safe. In The Wildstyle Insurgents pool, Robert Meek kept the #1 "Stencil Breaker" anyway, a defense powered by Meek's 937. It's a jagged slab of reclaimed metal whose layered tags supposedly turn chaos into art. Six lead swings in RAD White sound about right. In The Argyle Authority pool, Carter Padgett holds the #1 "Vector Vanguard," and his bogey-free card made the linework spotless. The whole deck got reshuffled and both crowns ended up on the same heads.

The Mural Needs One Signature
Snellings has chased Robert Meek two straight weeks, losing by one and then three. Padgett went from last week's -5 to a personal-best -8. "Final Mural" goes up Tuesday, October 13, back at Boyd Pond on the Bobcat layout, and the final standings will show whose mark defined the season. Track your round on PDGA Live so the booth can see every brushstroke.
Final Mural
Register here and grab a can. A "completed mural" made entirely of scorecards is still just a spreadsheet wearing a beret, and I'll be in the booth narrating it like it's hanging in a museum.
