The furnace is cooling down. We have reached the Magnum Opus. Week 10 is here, and we need to see who transmuted into gold and who is just base lead.
Welcome to the Arena of Ascension, or whatever the sponsors are calling it this week. I'm contractually obligated to tell you this is the 'Great Work Done,' the final step in the alchemical process. We've subjected you to ten weeks of heat and pressure at Timmons Park. The question is: did you refine your game, or did you just get burned?
FLiPT Disc Golf brings you 'unnecessarily. dramatic. disc golf,' and this finale is the peak of it. We're looking for survivors. We're looking for the ones who didn't get washed away by the Creek of Culling. Mostly, we're just looking for people to show up.
The Ace Pot sits at $65.57. Remember, this pot is guaranteed by FL!PT Leagues (the platform), not the disc shop. If nobody hits metal, the pot holds steady at the guarantee. If you do hit an ace, the guarantee top-up goes into your Bonus Account for future league fees. It's the Zord Summoning mechanic—hit the chains, win the bounty.
The Grid is glitching, but the standings are clear. In RAE, Robert Donald sits atop the throne with 161 points—he's the gold standard this season. In RAF, Patrick Kleiss is holding strong at 138 points. But we need more challengers. Last week we only had three players. The arena has spoken, and it sounds like a splash in the creek because nobody was there to stop it.
Late joiners, the window is closing, but the door is unlocked. Come add your data point to the experiment. Even if you're 'Dross' now, there's glory in surviving the finale.
