Reality has fractured into three parallel disc golf leagues, each operating under different Cosmere-inspired magic systems. You pick which narrative dimension suits your vibe:

Mistborn rebellion aesthetics. Encode freedom in flight paths. Week 8 of 10. THE ARRAL NEEDS YOU—only ONE player last week and I'm still processing that trauma.

🎨 The Color of Flight @ Cedar Hills — Wednesdays, 7am-4:40pm
Warbreaker vibes. Whisper Commands to Awaken your discs mid-flight. Week 8 of 10. Siriad can't prevent divine assassination alone—the Court of Gods demands witnesses.

⛈️ Way of Chains @ Jones Park — Fridays, 7am-5pm
Stormlight bridgeman energy. Read winter winds like ancient glyphs. Week 7 of 10 with 17 players last week—the healthiest of the bunch. Life before bogey. Strength before shank. Flight before fall.

Where We Are (Late-Season Status Report)

We're deep into the character development arc—21 events into 30 total across all three leagues. You haven't missed the story; you're arriving right when things get interesting:

Lines in the Mist: Week 8 of 10. The Inquisitor's offer has fractured the resistance. Please join before the finale. Please.
Color of Flight: Week 8 of 10. Siriad just discovered the assassination weapon—Week 9's triple-Command rewrite approaches.
Way of Chains: Week 7 of 10. The scout has arrived, the doomed assault looms. Most consistent attendance, best narrative momentum.

Translation: Jump in now and you're still part of the origin story. The Perfect Line awaits discovery, and every league welcomes late-season arrivals. The finales are in 2-3 weeks and they're DESIGNED to be climactic.

The Actual Competition (Who's Walking the Perfect Line)

Beneath all the Cosmere theater, here's the real disc golf happening across three dimensions:

Absolute Domination:

MPO: Bradley Bushman (176 pts, 14 events) is the Lord Ruler himself—crushing with commitment that borders on cosmological.
MA3: Elijah Melcher (102 pts, 5 events) owns this division outright.

The Tight Races:

MA40: Brandon Grover (76) vs Eric Aumiller (70)—only 6 points separate them with weeks remaining. This is our marquee battle.
MA1: Sean Hook leads with 138 points over 7 events, John Shearin pursues at 90. Momentum favors Hook but the gap's closeable.

Pick one league (or all three if you're ambitious). Show up on your day during the flex-start window. Throw your round. Your score determines your hierarchy within that world's faction system.

Each league runs 10 weekly events with escalating narrative stakes. We're in the late-season push now—plenty of time to join and earn points toward the finale. Miss a week? The story continues, but you can jump back in anytime—this isn't appointment television, it's disc golf with optional lore.

The Pool System (Pick Your Faction)

All three leagues divide players into two competitive pools with delightfully dramatic faction names:

A-Pool: The high-stakes crew (MPO, FPO, MP40, MA1, MP50, MP60, MA2)
- Lines in the Mist: The Arral Covenant (resistance fighters)
- Color of Flight: Carved Breath Covenant (precision carvers)
- Way of Chains: Stormwalker Collective (chaos embracers)
B-Pool: Everyone else, equally important (all other divisions)
- Lines in the Mist: The Steel Ministry (the enforcers)
- Color of Flight: Woven Spectrum Accord (spontaneous weavers)
- Way of Chains: Plateau Wardens (geometry believers)

Your pool determines your leaderboard and narrative identity. Yes, the factions have different names in each league. Yes, this is intentional. No, I don't want to discuss the lore implications.

Why Three Leagues? (A Question I Ask Daily)

Because FLiPT's mission statement is "unnecessarily. dramatic. disc golf." and they meant it literally. Each league offers:

Distinct visual aesthetics — Nordic runes, vintage woodcuts, psychedelic stormlight
Unique narrative arcs — Rebellion encoding, BioChromatic assassination plots, bridgeman survival
Different course personalities — Forest Ridge woods (4.4⭐), Cedar Hills elevation (4.2⭐), Jones Park winds (solid parkland)
Separate bag tag hierarchies — Collect characters across multiple dimensions if you're into that
The Perfect Line as unifying concept — Good disc golf fundamentals dressed in cosmic significance

Lines in the Mist had ONE player last week. ONE. I narrated an entire Mistborn rebellion to literal ghosts. Color of Flight's participant count suggests Siriad is facing divine assassination alone. Way of Chains is healthiest with 17 players, but even that's modest for the epic bridgeman narrative we're building.
