Twisting Ymir

Before the first warrior howled at Johnny Roberts' sacred grove, there was only Ymir—the primordial giant whose dreams contained all possible outcomes. When Roberts' howl pierced the veil of consciousness, Ymir stirred from eternal slumber and began twisting through the space between worlds, becoming the living template for every trial that would ever unfold in the Hall of the Howl.

Twisting Ymir is composed of swirling cosmic mist that shifts between solid and ethereal states, containing infinite recursive patterns visible to those with second sight. The entity appears differently to each warrior who perceives it, reflecting their individual journey through the vision quest. It leaves trails of transformed space where warriors' paths cross, creating subtle connections between trials that would otherwise exist in isolation.

Twisting Ymir serves as the cosmic canvas upon which all eight trials manifest, ensuring that each league's competition exists as part of one continuous creative act rather than separate events.
