The Recap

The Groves Get Crowded, Barely

Five players took on Creekside DGC - Main 18 for Week 6 of 7, "Cottonwood Taken." Temperatures ran from 61.1°F to 79.7°F, wind never topped 4.9 mph, and the chance of rain sat at 8%, so the weather takes zero blame for any scorecard. Week 5's salt-bed offensive has given way to a grove full of rival ambition, where the top holds get hunted by name and the bottom barons play spoiler. Five claimants made it a cozy chamber, with plenty of open chairs for anyone who wants to file next week.

Back Nine Repossession, Fully Notarized

Hole 15 decided RAE Red. Aloysius Dean carded the field's only birdie on the 225-foot par 3 to retake the lead from Alex Kirk, then closed with another solo birdie on the 349-foot 18th to finish at -1. stamps territory claim in red ink Dean's back nine came in 9 strokes better than the front, with a three-hole hot streak across holes 14-16, for an 888-rated round and a second straight week at the top of RAE Red. Alex Kirk had grabbed the lead after hole 4, when Dean went over par there. Kirk built that lead with grit: he answered a +3 on hole 2 with the field's only birdie on hole 3, then added another solo birdie on 9. He held the cash line in 2nd at +3 on an 836-rated round, 30 below his 866 rating.

Paperwork Filed, Nobody Objected

Tori Pasquin produced the solo-division standout in RAF Green: an 862-rated round, 31 points above her 831 rating, built on a 13-hole par train from hole 3 through 15. RAF Green, RAD White and RAG Purple each had a single filer this week, so challengers holding a putter and a grudge are invited to object in person.

Ghost Stays Put, Clipboard Stays Busy 👻

Blaine Callahan threw the hottest National-entry round at Creekside, a +19 in RAG Purple rated 628 against his event-effective 648 baseline, a -20 differential. His ghost rating of 660 held, so he earned 0 points this round and the ghost stays at 660. His National score holds at 50 (net 0), but the round counted as valid and moved his qualification progress from 2 to 3 of the 4 required, which leaves him unqualified and unranked on the National Leaderboard for now. The chase is still on: Lakewood's Erin Sweeney holds position 1 with 52, 2 points ahead of his score.

The Creek Coughs Up Its Ring

AllIn means every tag got redistributed. In Pool A, Michael Dougherty climbed from #2 to #1 and took the Creek Warrant with a 53 that matched the 53.0 field average exactly. He got there by scrambling after an OB on hole 4, posting the field's only birdie on hole 12 and closing with a clean back nine. The silver ring was dredged out of the creek's silt and supposedly gets heavier in high-stakes weeks, which makes Week 6 of 7 a rough week to start carrying it. Over in Pool B, Aloysius Dean sits atop the order with the Bleak Ember. Creek Warrant

Final Inquest, Bring Correct Paperwork: Hold Sealed

Week 7, "Hold Sealed," arrives Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Creekside Park on the NADGT League - Week 1-2 Layout. It's the final inquest, and the docket has an obvious headliner. Aloysius Dean repossessed RAE Red and holds the Bleak Ember, while Alex Kirk led through hole 4 and has one more chance to make that lead stick before the borders freeze. After that, the off-season becomes a cold war of rumor and counter-claims. If you track your round on PDGA Live, you give your narrator more to work with. Register here. Hold Sealed A finale that crowns nobody and presses everything into wood, which means after seven weeks the grand prize is a plank.
