Week 4 brings the 'Sunburst Showdown,' a dramatic confrontation on Hole 5—assuming we have players to actually throw the discs. Last week's 'Gilded Shadows' event was a masterpiece of minimalism because, well, nobody showed up.
The Baroque Theater
Welcome back to the booth. We are deep in the Season of Radiance at Abendschein Park. This week, the Sunburst Syndicate is supposedly defending Hole 5 against all challengers in the 'Sunburst Showdown.' It's very dramatic. Or it would be, if the course wasn't empty last Friday. I spent three hours staring at a leaderboard that was cleaner than my conscience. Let's change that.
We're treating a municipal park in Wisconsin like Versailles. You're not just throwing plastic; you're courting the favor of the Abendschein. You want the radiant badge. You want the glory. Mostly, I want some scores to read.

The stage is set at Abendschein Park in Oak Creek. Take your pick of tee times with our flex start format. You can go early at 7:00 AM or fashionably late at 5:20 PM. Just make sure you actually arrive.

The Radiance Pot
The Ace Pot stands at $50.00. A quick note on the economics of miracles: FL!PT Leagues (the platform, not your local disc shop) guarantees a minimum of $50. If the contributions haven't pushed it past $50 yet, the platform tops it up to ensure there's a shiny prize on the line. If you hit an ace, the winnings go into your Bonus Account for future registration glory. Go drain one.
The Stage
Abendschein Park is a 4.2-rated gem. It's got open holes for bombing, wooded tunnels for threading needles, and a recent renovation that makes it look almost respectable. Hole 1 is the statistical villain (hardest on the course), while Hole 13 is your benevolent friend. Navigate the columns and altars wisely.
Late to the Ball?
It's Week 4. The plot has thickened, the factions have formed, and there's still plenty of season left to chase a tag. New players are welcome to crash the party. Just don't stand in the sun; you'll block the light.
