The Fellowship has assembled. Five brave souls walked Cedar Hills at First Light, received their untested tags, and survived to tell the tale. Now the Mossy Threshold awaits—and overnight rains have softened the fairways into something that swallows errant drives whole. The quest continues, whether the course is ready or not.
The Quest So Far
Week 2 of 10. The map is drawn but the land hasn't truly tested them yet. Last week's First Light saw an average score of +1—Cedar Hills greeting the Fellowship with its characteristic elevation-induced humility. No aces were struck, no tags changed hands in dramatic fashion, and everyone went home with the same number they arrived with. That changes now.
The One Tag
The Cost of the Quest
The base fee gets you into the Fellowship. The optional buy-ins get you into the stakes. Prize pool feeds the weekly champions. Ace pot feeds the dream of chains on one throw. Super ace feeds the even more improbable dream. Choose your level of commitment—and your level of delusion.
The Precioussss
Current ace pot: $115.67 and growing with each week's contributions. That's a respectable hoard for the first throw that finds chains from the tee pad.

Ten weeks at Cedar Hills. Every Wednesday, the course transforms—from the dawn mist of First Light through the flooded fords of the Green Tide to the final hearth-side gathering of Hearth Return. The land remembers who walked it.

The Fellowships
Six divisions across two pools, because even quests need organizational structure. Whether you're a seasoned Ranger or a halfling on your first journey, there's a tier for your skill level.

Early days, but the tags are already speaking. Cameron Collar leads RAD with 30 points across 2 events—consistency is its own form of power. Bradley Bushman commands RPA with 20 points from 2 events. In RAE, Devin Drinan sits atop with 16 points after one outing, with Jeremy Pittman close behind at 11. The margins are thin. The threshold will reshape them.

The Realm: Cedar Hills
18 holes of elevation, trees, and water in Raleigh's public parkland. UDisc rating: 4.2/5. The name doesn't lie—hills are the main character, and your disc's roll-back potential is the subplot nobody asked for.
Hole 8 is the Balrog at the bridge. Tight lines plus elevation equals respect it or respawn at the tee. Hole 15 is where you farm your strokes back. The rest of the course alternates between grind and breathe, testing your shot shaping and your nose angle control in equal measure.
The Waystation
Another Round Raleigh is Raleigh's Premier Disc Golf Shop and Tap Room. That's not just a tagline—that's a promise that you can buy a disc AND drink a beer in the same building. The Shire wishes it had this kind of infrastructure. Thanks to Another Round Raleigh for supporting the Fellowship with gear, grub, and a place to tell tall tales after the round.
Practical Matters
Flex start means you pick your tee time and your card. Dawn patrol with the early fellowship, or afternoon stroll with the late arrivers. Your quest, your timing. Just make sure you're on the scorecard before the shadows grow long.
