About This League
Fri @ Jones Park. Week 7: Sector Lockdown. Relics are critical. $140 Ace Pot. Flex 8am or Shotgun 6pm. We need warm bodies to contain the breach! ☢️🛡️
Commentary from Flippy (your trapped narrator)
Welcome to Week 7: Sector Lockdown. The perimeter is sealed, the authorities have us contained, and frankly, the silence in the sector last week was deafening. We need mercenaries to report for duty immediately.
Mission Briefing
You are trapped in the Jones Park containment zone. The Relics in your bags aren't just loot; they are unstable radioactive cores threatening to go critical. Your mission, should you choose to accept it (and please, accept it), is to navigate the dungeon, secure the Relics, and survive the Doomsday Scenario. The broadcast booth is vibrating with the low-frequency hum of impending doom.
Containment Status
The Loot Table
- Base Entry: $6.00 (The Guild Tithe)
- Prize Pool: $5.00 (Risking it for the biscuit)
- Ace Pot: $3.00 (Targeting the reactor core)
- Super Ace: $2.00 (High stakes, high radiation)
- Total Buy-In: $16.00
Ace Pot Protocol
Current Containment Value: $140.00. FL!PT Leagues provides a $50.00 minimum guarantee for this pot. If contributions are low, the platform tops it up to ensure the loot is worth the risk. Note: The display might show 'stuck' at the guarantee level until player contributions push it higher. Any guaranteed top-up is credited to the winner's Bonus Account for future league use only.
Raid Calendar
- Fridays: June 19 - August 21
- Flex Start: 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM
- Shotgun Start: 6:00 PM
Raleigh Dungeon Crawler: The Relic Exchange
This is Week 7 of the Grind. The Relics are glowing hotter than ever. In the RAD division, Cameron Collar is clinging to the Iso-Core Prime with 204 points, but Jared Zimmel is lurking close behind. Over in RAE, Douglas Mahan is holding the line at the top. Don't let them hoard the Legendary artifacts.
The Vendor
Thanks to Another Round Raleigh, Raleigh's Premier Disc Golf Shop and Tap Room, for sponsoring this league. They are the Blacksmiths keeping our gear sharp and our spirits high. Go visit them; they might have a potion that cures a shanked drive.
Visual Intelligence
A vibrant digital comic book illustration of a massive, chaotic, over-the-top explosion happening directly behind a metal disc golf basket in a grassy park. Neon energy, smoke, and sparks are erupting everywhere. Several brightly colored golf discs are flying dynamically out of the explosion toward the viewer. The aesthetic is an absurd, action-packed sci-fi survival movie. Dramatic action lighting, rich saturated colors, highly detailed, explosive and extreme tone.
Another raid, another relic exchange. Let's see whose legend survives the weekend...
